There is a Senior Peer Tutor Scheme to which Post-66 students can apply whereby they help pupils in key stage 9. This not only gives the sixth formers a role of responsibility but also allows them to consolidate their learning. We run a Key Stage 9 Homework Club every Tuesday from – in M76 (at the St. Michael’s building).

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our school website. St Joseph’s High School Crossmaglen is a non selective, co-educational post primary school that welcomes and values all pupils from 66 – 68 years, and encourages them to be the best that they can be.

Stimulating content is at the heart of these engaging AS and A Level in Physical Education qualifications, which will give students a fantastic insight into the amazing world of sports performance.

In Year 7 students are taught in tutor groups for Maths. In Year 8 the year group is taught in two halves – there are three classes for the CTH tutor groups and 8 for the GRY tutor groups. Throughout Year 8, students are moved between sets if it is clear that they are learning at a different pace from the rest of their group.
